The Firm’s founding partner, Robert Washuta, graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1987 where he was a member of the Villanova Law Review. Mr. Washuta has over 20 years of successful trial experience as demonstrated by jury verdicts in excess of a million dollars and is an active member of both the New York and New Jersey bars, handling cases in both States. In addition to his trial experience, Mr. Washuta has successfully handled appeals, including winning key decisions in the Appellate Courts in the negligence area and is a published author on various legal subjects concerning negligence and personal injury matters.

He personally handles and manages each client’s case and as such is intimately familiar with every case within the Firm. He is always available to speak and meet with the Firm’s clients and discusses each client’s case with them at every stage of the litigation process. He personally handles each trial and all settlement negotiations.
